Awesome! We are here to help. Our FREE 4 week Exercise for Brain Change Challenge is a great way to get started down a path toward building a stronger body and a more connected brain.
What can I expect from this program?
This is a 4-week program designed by two passionate (and fun!) physical therapists. Our main goal is for you to feel empowered to start exercising without the burden of needing to figure out what to do on your own.
You can expect a made-for-you weekly schedule with a progression of workouts including:
- Exercise videos
- Walking routine instructions
- Email coaching and check-ins
We designed the program with the goal of improving both body and brain fitness for aging adults. The program can be done in either the standing or seated position for those who need some extra support.

- Aerobic Conditioning
- Balance Exercises
- Mind and Body Strategies
- Mental & Physical Training
